PONG (the 1st pc game) YOU NEED TO PLAY GAMES?? JUST CLICK ON THE GAME PICTURE YOU WANT

GAME NAME:- PONG

KEYS:- UP - MOVE MOUSE UP
DOWN - MOVE MOSE DOWN

The original Pong opened many people's eyes to the possibilities of computer games. People were enthrawled by the amazing technology that allowed you to play ping-pong, and yet you weren't really.

The fact is that by today's standards, this game looks utter pants. A gibbon strapped into elasticated boxing gloves could knock up better quality graphics. But the one thing that made it a success was it's playability. Back in the 1970s, you could have zombified an entire family within minutes of flicking the on-switch. So sit back, grip your twiddlestick, and start reminiscing... or at least pretend to.

HEXXAGON GAME NAME:- HEXXAGON

Ever played Othello or Reversi? Well this is it's more fun, angular cousin. Formerly written back in the dark ages of 1992 by Argo Games, this version is an almost identical recreation, with all the funky graphics and wacky sound effects that made the original so addictive.

You play as the red diamonds, and your goal is to "take over the world", or at least the board, by leaping into spaces adjacent to those evil watery globule thingamabobs... trust me, it's easier to play than explain.

PACMAN GAME NAME:- PACMAN

The rumour that computer games have an adverse affect on children is just plain nuts. If Pacman ever affected us as kids, we'd all be running around darkened rooms, munching strange pills and listening to repetitive music... Well you can't tell me that the creators of this game weren't on something at the time.

The game has simple rules - avoid the ghosts, scoff the pills and try not to go mad. If you eat all the pills, you progress a level where the ghosts become more meddlesome and the fruit more exotic. See? Barmy.

SIMON GAME NAME:- SIMON

If your best friend told you to walk off a cliff, would you? Well that's the idea behind this game. Much less fraught with danger, all you have to do is follow the pattern of lights and sounds for as long as you can.

This game originally came in the small, cheap, plastic version with the amazing slogan: "Simon's a computer, Simon has a brain, you either do what Simon says or else go down the drain". Catchy, eh? One other thing... the more light sequences you can correctly recall, the faster the lights are shown to you.

SNAKE GAME NAME:- SNAKE

The telephone has come a long way since Mr. Bell first mumbled down a piece of copper wire. The mobile phone has become our personal organisers, cerebral microwavers, and more recently, mini computer consoles.

Snake is the most recognised of these games, and this on-line version aims to emulate it. Your job is to guide the snake towards the food so it can eat it. And in a bizarre mirror to real life, the more food you gobble, the fatter you become. However, whereas we draw the line at munching the walls or ourselves, your plucky snake doesn't know any better.

Space Invaders GAME NAME:- SPACE INVADERS

Knocked up by some Japanese company called Taito around 1978, this is the ultimate in retro gaming. The graphics are certainly nothing to write home about, in fact, you’d be stupid to even consider it. Yet back in the day, this was cutting-edge technology. Space-age, even.

You control the laser base (a pointy green blob) and have to defend your planet (a green line) from those nasty space invaders (the white, moving blobs). Yes, there are a lot of blobs, but the gameplay more than makes up for that. Now ask yourself... can you beat the high score?

TETRIS GAME NAME:- TETRIS
If have ever played a GameBoy at some stage, you have almost certainly played this game before. The premise is simple: shaped blocks fall into a pit where you must arrange them so they fit neatly. A sort of juggling in one direction.

That sounds dull doesn't it? Wrong! If you place these blocks so they form a horizontal line, they disappear, and you earn some points. The more lines you clear simultaneously, the more points you earn. With each 10 lines cleared, you advance a level and the blocks fall faster. Just keep an eye on the time - it's amazing how much you can waste playing this.

TIC TAC TOE GAME NAME:- TIC TAC TOE

I call this game "Noughts and Crosses", but as the world is becoming ever more so Americanised, sorry, Americanized, I'll follow suit and call it Tic Tac Toe. A bit like how in American football, the ball scarcely ever touches a foot, yet it's still called football.

Now I've got that off my chest, let's explain the rules. You'll be playing as the X's and the computer as the O's. Your goal is to be first player to have three X's in a row, be it horizontal, vertical or diagonal. And you can play as many times as you want - but unlike other versions, you can actually beat the computer with this one.

Screen Shot: Project BOB GAME NAME:- PROJECT BOB

This is the wooden room from the game Project BOB. I call it the wooden room because all of the floors appear to be wooden. It's a challenging board.
